How to request an interpreter: 1. Call (919-938-0600), e-mail (info@locnc.com) of fax (919-882-1516) with your interpreting request. Please include your name, company name, date and time of requested services, client name, location of appointment location, and any other services requested. 2. After getting your information, we will confirm your appointment and fax or e-mail you a confirmation. If you are a private individual, we require prepayment by credit card, check, or money order. We do not accept cash payments for interpreting services. If you are an organization or entity, we do not require prepayment; we will bill you. 3. Cancelling an interpreter: If you have scheduled an interpreter and wish to cancel your appointment, please call 919-938-0600 immediately, or e-mail us at info@locnc.com.
